Kontakta provides telecare across Serbia through an SOS medical alert button and trained operators available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How the Kontakta telecare service works

One press of the SOS button connects the user to an on-call operator. The operator assesses the situation and, when needed, contacts family, neighbours, emergency medical services, police or fire services.

The service includes GPS location tracking, fall detection, medication reminders, crisis support and notifications to the user's nominated contacts.
